HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS – design, production and installation.
Hydraulic systems manufactured by PONAR Wadowice S.A. are characterised by high quality and reliable operation. Our hydraulic systems come both in standard versions presented in the catalogue as well as versions designed upon individual orders, following coordination with the user of the technical parameters and operation conditions.Hydraulic power units are designed to be used in hydraulic pumps within an open cycle. Depending on operation requirements, they may be produced with a typical or special equipment meeting the user’s requirements. In operation conditions of high operation intensity, power units may be provided with coolers and heaters, while the power unit pump, depending on the order, may be installed in, on, under or beside the tank. Hydraulic systems we manufacture are widely used in machining tools, presses, metallurgical machinery, mining machines, woodworking industry equipment, construction materials, agriculture, handicraft, etc. We also provide comprehensive services, from simple cabinets controlling hydraulic feeder pumps to complete control cabinets equipped with PLC controllers including visualisation and archiving of process data. Upon customer’s request we may, on a case-by-case basis, select the type of control and measurement equipment taking into account the existing system solutions.
