We would like to inform that on 27th of March, Mr Marian Chrzanowski has resigned from the position of Vice President of the Board of PONAR Silesia S.A. and PONAR Wadowice S.A.
The Supervisory Board and the Management would like to express their thanks to Mr Marian Chrzanowski for his contribution and commitment to building PONAR brand in Poland and abroad. During the five years of his service as Vice President, PONAR company has gained a strong position among companies in oil hydraulics. The success will ultimately be measured by the development of distribution network in the country, presence of PONAR products in Europe, Asia or South America, and also investments in the infrastructure and machinery park of the Company.
Mr Marian Chrzanowski is not leaving however the Group. He will be managing of the key and innovative project “Vistula Vessels”. The project is related to development of river transport by implementation on new solutions on barges and tugboats.
At the same time, we hereby inform that on 27th of March Mr Marek Krygier has been appointed to the position of Vice-President of PONAR Wadowice S.A.
