Announcement of the Management Board
We would like to inform that on 9th of January 2017 a merger of two companies PONAR Silesia S.A. and PONAR Wadowice S.A. took place.
The merger was conducted pursuant to 492 § 1 pkt. 1 of Commercial Companies Code, by transferring all assets of PONAR Wadowice S.A. as the Acquired Company to PONAR Silesia S.A. as the Acquiring Company. At the same time, the name and registered office of the Acquirer was changed. The details of the entity after the merger are following:

From the day of 9th January 2017 you are kindly requested to use new address and registration details of the Company in ongoing contacts and issued documents, including the name of the Plant to which the document relates.
Within the scope of PONAR Wadowice S.A. 2 plants are operating:
- Plant in Wadowice, ul. Wojska Polskiego 29, 34-100 Wadowice
- Plant in Łaziska Górne, ul. Świerczewskiego 10A, 43-170 Łaziska Górne.
We would like to emphasise that the merger of the two Companies shall not effect validity of any contracts nor has it resulted in any necessity to revise their content. The process of the transformation made shall not affect the manner of performance of the agreements in force, and the numbers of bank account shown on the invoices, contracts and billings remain unchanged.
