Announcement of the Management Board
Dear Sir or Madam,
The Company PONAR Wadowice SA (with registered office in ul. Wojska Polskiego 29, 34-100 Wadowice) informs that on the basis of the Contract for sale of the company of 30th March 2018 has purchased from Ponar Pressure Systems S.A. (with registered office in ul. Św. Jana Pawła II 10a, 43-170 Łaziska Górne) its company constituting an organised collection of tangible and intangible assets, which also include rights and obligations arising from concluded civil law contracts.
In accordance with the above Contract of 30th March 2018, PONAR Wadowice S.A. has purchased the whole company PONAR Pressure Systems S.A. and to the Ponar Wadowice S.A. have been transferred all the rights of ownership of all things and property rights that are a part of the company and are used for running the company.
