Continuously investing in its development, therefore, it is able to meet the market requirements and offer value-added products. The experienced management team of PONAR Group and credibility of majority shareholders is also of high importance to us. That is why, seeing a great growth potential, we have decided to become a business partner of PONAR Silesia S.A. This investment is the fourth one in Poland, led by our local team. The major objective of Capital Development activity is to accompany growing mid-caps with already proven business model, by taking minority participation in equity. The aim is to help companies facing the development period and strengthening their market position in optimal conditions. BNP Paribas assumes not to interfere in operational management but rather to help the shareholders to manage key steps of the evolution of their Company. This means that the existing shareholders and managers of PONAR will be retaining full managerial control.
