Large-size cylinder for plastic processing industry
PONAR Wadowice S.A. as a manufacturer of oil hydraulics is also involved in the production of standard cylinders and cylinders made according to individual customer requirements.
One of our recent applications is a large-size actuator, made for a customer from the plastics industry.
The cylinder is used to press the shredded polyurethane foam. The foam (charge) is a material recovered from segregated waste. The foam, after heat treatment, becomes a 100% full-value product, which is used, among other things, in production of upholstered furniture, carpets, etc.

- weight aprox. 3,8 tons
