Mariusz Serwa Member of the Managment Board of PONAR Wadowice
The Supervisory Board has appointed Mr. Mariusz Serwa as a Member of the Management Board of PONAR Wadowice S.A. As of August 6, 2026, he will be primarily responsible for implementing ESG strategies and managing relations with the Company's Shareholders.
Mr. Mariusz Serwa is a financier and manager with many years of experience in corporate financial management. He is a graduate of the Krakow University of Economics, where he majored in Foreign Trade, and holds an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and the University of Bristol.
Since 1998, he was associated with the Stalexport Autostrady S.A. Capital Group, serving as Vice President of the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A. from April 2006, and as Vice President of the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A. from January 2013. Throughout his professional career, he was responsible for financial management, strategic planning, and organizational development, gaining extensive experience in leading a large enterprise.
