Mobile hydraulic power pack
We have designed a mobile hydraulic power pack for a company that manufactures plastic containers. The unit is designed for service work on injection molds.
Injection molds for the production of containers are usually two-piece. At the time of conversion of the injection molding machine, the previously mounted mold is submitted for inspection. The function of the designed power supply is to open and close the molds during service work such as cleaning, changeover or ongoing repairs.
PONAR Wadowice hydraulic elements were used to build the unit, including: 4WE6 hydraulic distributor, S-type check valve, Z2S type controlled check valve, Z2FS check-throttle valve, UZRC type reduction valve or UZPS type overflow valve. The system is powered by a gear pump of a capacity of 12 cm3/rev.
