New intrinsically-safe valves!

Thinking about customers who need advanced control systems for hydraulic devices, requiring much greater precision and reliability, we have introduced three ATEX-certified valves:

Proportional, intrinsically safe, pilot-operated spool valve ISAP10 type

Pressure reducing, proportional, intrinsically safe spool valve IWZRPE10 type

pressure pmax – 30 MPa flow Qmax – 200 dm3/min intended for plate-, threaded- and cartridge mounting intended for operation in explosive atmosphere ATEX-certified pilot-operated by 12 V DC solenoid solenoid connector type:Hirschmann G4WIF plug option with- or without a check valve max. solenoid current Imax 0,3 A max. parameters of intrinsically safe circuits: Ui = 15 V, Ii = 2 A, Ci = 0, Li = 0 data sheet IWZRPE10

Pressure reducing/relief, proportional, instrinsically safe valve IWZCPE10 type

pressure pmax – 30 MPa flow Qmax – 60 dm3/min intended for plate mounting in any position intended for operation in explosive atmosphere ATEX-certified pilot-operated by 12 V DC solenoid solenoid connector type: Hirschmann G4WIF plug max. solenoid current Imax 0,3 A max. parameters of intrinsically safe circuits: Ui = 15 V, Ii = 2 A, Ci = 0, Li = 0 data sheet IWZCPE10

The directional spool valves and proportional valves are intrinsically safe with certificated of intrinsical safety (IM1 Ex ia I Ma, II 2G Ex ia IIA T3 Gb). These products will prove themselves, among others in mining as well as in chemical and petrochemical industries.
