New investment in the machinery park – another step toward automation
Our machine park has been enriched with a modern DMG MORI NLX 2000 | 500 lathe integrated with an industrial robot. This is the next stage in implementing a development strategy based on automation and modern production technologies.
In combination with the previously implemented multi-axis, multi-pallet milling-turning centers equipped with automatic loading systems, as well as automatic storage systems, this solution enables us to achieve almost full automation of production processes. As a result, we significantly increase efficiency while ensuring the highest, repeatable machining precision.
We carry out advanced and unusual projects for clients from various industries, ensuring high product quality. The existing machine park enables the development of large-scale serial production, while maintaining flexibility in the implementation of individual solutions in accordance with the customer's design requirements.
This is not the end of the investments – further implementations are planned for later this year, which will allow us to further develop our production capabilities and the level of automation.
