The electro-discharge method is used for precision machining, allowing the material to be given any, even very complex, shape.
The EDM process is suitable for the production of elements, providing high-quality surface finish without the need for additional grinding or polishing of edges. Conductive materials such as steel, copper, aluminum, tungsten or cemented carbide are processed.
Thanks to the high cutting precision, this technology allows for the processing of even small elements without the risk of damaging their structure, and is also suitable for making precise holes, including conical ones.
Advantages of the wire EDM process:
MITSUBISHI MV2400S
max processed detail | 600 x 400 x 280 mm | max weight of the processed detail | 1500 kg |
max size of detail for attachement | |||
possible cutting angle | 15 | materials possible for processing | stal, miedź, aluminium, wolfram, węglik spiekany |
The electro-erosion drilling method is also used to make holes that cannot be made using other machining methods, or their production using another method carries the risk associated with machining. Electro-erosion makes it possible to efficiently make holes in metallic materials, including cemented carbide and special sinters.
Advantages of the electroerosion drilling process:
ACCUTEX River 600 HOLE PUNCHING MACHINE
max height of the detail | 400 mm | electrode size | śr. 0,3 - 3,0 mm |
max weight of the detail | 800 kg | X, Y, Z, W axis shift | 600, 400, 400 450 mm |
