The document was signed by Rafał Worek, Vice President of the Board, Piotr Rosikowski, Director of Engineering and Development, and Byongkeon Kim, Chief Executive Officer of MNC SOLUTION CO., LTD., opening a new chapter of industrial cooperation between the Polish and South Korean partners.

Under the MoU, the Parties are also considering the establishment of a joint venture company in Poland. This entity could become a specialised manufacturer of hydraulic components for military platforms, including wheeled and tracked vehicles, and missile defence systems.

"We want components for weapon systems, which current European military security relies upon, to be manufactured in Poland. PONAR possesses the necessary expertise, production facilities, experienced workforce, and excellent manufacturing organisation. For decades, we have been delivering key hydraulic solutions for the most demanding military platforms. Poland is one of the largest buyers of Korean weaponry in the world, and PONAR possesses a production capability for its critical components that is unique on a European scale. Therefore, cooperation with MNC Solution is a natural step in our development" says Rafał Worek , Vice President of the Board of PONAR Wadowice S.A.

MNC Solution Co., Ltd. is a provider of advanced motion control and oil hydraulics systems, whose solutions are utilised in military and industrial platforms worldwide. The company is among the key component suppliers for modern weapons systems.

The cooperation between PONAR Wadowice and MNC Solution also aligns directly with the objectives of Europe’s security strategy. This strategy emphasises making European defence independent of external supply chains by expanding local manufacturing capacity to enhance regional security.

Furthermore, this represents a step towards increasing supply chain resilience and building a stronger, more competitive European defence industry.
