PONAR being a Future Leader
PONAR Wadowice S.A. is a finalist of a competition aimed at selection of leaders who have a potential to achieve success on international markets.
Think. Tank POLAND, GO GLOBAL! jury took a closer look on 200 companies which are at least half-owned by Polish capital and doing business abroad.
PONAR Wadowice has undergone a detailed audit aimed at evaluation of strategy and development areas, managements, innovativeness, finances; the analysis included strong and weak points of the company.
The reports concerning the finalists of the competition were also evaluated by a special group of experts, who can boast of a success in international expansion or who are supporting such processes. The composition of the jury included, among others: Krzysztof Domarecki, Chairman of the Board, Selena FM; Zbigniew Jagiełło, President, PKO Bank Polski; prof. Jan Kurzydłowski, Director, Narodowe Centrum Badań i Rozwoju; Solange Olszewska, President of the Board, Solaris Bus and Coach; Herbert Wirth, President, KGHM Polska Miedź.
The results of the competition were announced on 18 November in Warsaw, during the 4th Conference of Think.Tank Poland, Go Global!
