PONAR Wadowice and HSW S.A. signed a letter of intent during MSPO.
On September 3rd, on the second day of the International Defence Industry Exhibition in Kielce, PONAR Wadowice S.A. and Huta Stalowa Wola S.A. signed a letter of intent, confirming their desire to strengthen their cooperation.
The two companies have been collaborating for many years in the design, production, and supply of passive suspensions and hydraulic systems and components. They have now announced their intention to form a joint venture, which will focus on implementing joint research and development projects.
The goal of this collaboration is to develop and implement a new generation of semi-active hydro-pneumatic suspensions for tracked vehicles produced by HSW.
The signing of the letter of intent marks an important step toward building innovative solutions for the Polish defense industry and strengthens the position of PONAR Wadowice as a key technological partner.
