PONAR Wadowice at the European Economic Congress

The congress proved to be an excellent venue for showcasing the company's potential and for active participation in debates regarding the most significant challenges and development trends in modern industry.

Representatives of PONAR Wadowice were active participants in key panel discussions. Marek Warzecha, President of the Management Board, emphasized the vital role of private companies in building defense capabilities during the session "The Private Sector in Production for Defense." Jacek Zygmunt, Advisor to the Board, spoke on the "Ukraine–Poland: Partnership and Cooperation" panel, highlighting the importance of international relations, the development of joint economic initiatives, and the need to simplify procedures within Europe. Further discussions included Piotr Rosikowski, Director of Technology and Development, who addressed the challenges and future directions of modern industry during the "Industry and Innovation" panel.

Signing of a strategic agreement
One of the most significant events was the finalization of cooperation with SZCZĘŚNIAK Special Purpose Vehicles. The agreement, signed on April 23 during the congress, covers technology development, the implementation of joint R&D projects, and the production of advanced hydraulic solutions—with a particular emphasis on hydropneumatic suspensions for tracked vehicles. The partnership combines expertise in the fields of power hydraulics and special-purpose vehicle construction (including for emergency services and the defense sector), which will translate into the development of modern technologies of strategic importance. This cooperation aligns with the building of a strong and independent technological industry in Poland and the development of so-called "local content."

PONAR Wadowice was also present at the European Economic Congress with its own stand, which served as a space for direct meetings and discussions with business partners. Power hydraulic solutions were presented, and the space itself fostered conversations about cooperation opportunities—particularly in the area of dual-use technologies.
