PONAR Wadowice S.A. acquires ZAP-Mechanika Sp. z o.o.
On August 27, 2025, PONAR Wadowice S.A., the largest Polish manufacturer of hydraulic components and systems, acquired 100% of the shares of ZAP-Mechanika Sp. z o.o. from Ostrów Wielkopolski.
For over 20 years, ZAP-Mechanika Sp. z o.o. has specialized in metal processing and the production of precision machine parts based on customer documentation.
The integration of PONAR Wadowice’s and ZAP-Mechanika’s competencies is an important step toward further development, innovation, and strengthening the market position of the PONAR Wadowice Group both in Poland and abroad.
The connection of experience and potential from both companies primarily enables a significant increase in production capabilities, the execution of more complex projects, and a reduction in lead times.
