2024 is coming to an end

A year of innovation

In 2024 our Company completed many demanding projects that allowed us to use the knowledge and experience in various sectors of the economy. We have introduced the WZCDEN4 proportional reduction and relief cartridge valve to our offer, a valve used in pump-, clutches- and brake control systems, as well as a pre-valve in mobile applications.

In the coal mining sector, we have developed a hydraulic damper assembly that effectively dampens vibrations from belts transporting ore at the face, significantly increasing safety and efficiency in difficult mine conditions.

Our solutions have also found application in the coke industry, where we have designed devices for controlling the charging machine and the through-feed car, supporting key stages of coke production.

For the aviation industry, we have created a station for pressure and tightness testing of pipes, which is crucial for ensuring safety and reliability in an industry with the highest quality requirements.

These are just a few of our achievements that underline our commitment to delivering advanced technologies tailored to individual customer needs.

Participation in industry events

In 2024, we participated in many prestigious fairs and conferences. This year, we were once again an exhibitor at the MSPO International Defense Industry Exhibition in Kielce – one of the most important events for the defense sector. During this fair, we presented the new PONAR Defense brand, a brand that was created in response to the growing demand for specialized solutions in the defense industry.

Our achievements have also been appreciated by SaMASZ Sp. z o.o., which distinguished us as one of the TOP 10 suppliers in its 40-year history.

Attending such events allows us to promote our innovative technologies and better understand our customers’ expectations.

Commitment to Sustainable Development

We have started the implementation of the project "Thermal modernization of buildings of the company PONAR Wadowice S.A.", which received funding from the European Funds for Modern Economy 2021-2027 as part of the Ecological Credit competition. The aim of the project is to reduce primary energy consumption by at least 30%, which will reduce CO2 emissions and the carbon footprint of our products.

Investments in machinery park

The PONAR Wadowice S.A. production hall is equipped with a number of machine tools, lathes, grinders, which guarantee precision, efficiency and quality of services. We are constantly investing in the modernization and expansion of the machine park. Recently, we have purchased, among others, MAKINO a81M-5XR, OKUMA Multus U4000, OKUMA Genos L2000, DMG Mori DMU 65 monoBLOCK and numerically controlled lathes, thanks to which we have significantly increased production capacity, while maintaining the possibility of implementing individual solutions.

Solutions for Defence Industry

For over 10 years, we have been actively supporting the defense industry by providing reliable hydraulic solutions for combat vehicles, radar stations and other key systems. In 2024, we won the "Security Eagles" award for the development of hydropneumatic suspension systems for the New Amphibious Infantry Fighting Vehicle BORSUK.

Examples of our products:

• Hydropneumatic suspension arms WHP25 and WHP35, dedicated to tracked vehicles, ensuring reliability in difficult terrain conditions.
• A balancing mechanism and brake, and a hydraulic power unit for the turret system of the Krab gun-howitzer.
• A positioning cylinderfor the Bystra radar station.
• A control block in container leveling systems.

These solutions confirm our commitment to the development of innovations for the Polish defense industry.
