The NB GREENPACK EASYFIX machien, which uses 4WE6 spool valves and twin, controlled, sandwich check valves type Z2S6, is used to drill holes in the trunk of a Christmas tree.
One of the reasons why the 4WE6 spool valve was chosen is the possibility of reaching the pressure of 210 bar at the tank connection.
Thanks to this, there is no risk of damage to the valve in case of incorrectly mounted quick coupler to the tractor. Depending on the size of the tree and the manpower, the machine is able to drill holes in 2000 - 5000 trees per day.
It is possible thanks to a drilling process duty cycle of 2.5 seconds. The hydraulic system with PONAR Wadowice solutions was developed by our Partner, Dani Trading A/S (Denmark) in cooperation with the Customer.
