Developing future engineering personnel is one of the key tasks for any company operating in the industrial sector. Bearing this in mind, our Company cooperates with many leading technical universities to support the education of future engineers. For years, we have been organising lectures and campus meetings, as well as providing opportunities to participate in internships and work placements.
Together with the Silesian University of Technology, PONAR Wadowice S.A. completed an internship programme as part of the DAMIBM project – Experienced Graduate of Mechanical Engineering and Machine Building – A Response to the Expectations of Responsible Development in Industry 4.0.
PONAR Wadowice S.A. regularly conducts lectures at the AGH University of Krakow at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Robotics, focusing on research and development activities and the company’s solutions for industry. The long-standing cooperation between PONAR Wadowice and AGH has resulted in work placements, internships, and employment opportunities for graduates.

Under the guidance of our qualified engineering and technical personnel, pupils, students, and candidates for assembly and production roles complete internships and work placements.
