OIL HYDRAULICS ELEMENTS AND COMPONENTS

As part of our oil hydraulic component manufacturing, we produce precision components and sub-assemblies designed for use in hydraulic systems. We utilise modern CNC machine tools as well as conventional machines, selecting the manufacturing technology appropriate to the component’s geometry, material, required accuracy, and batch size.

We manufacture, among other items, hydraulic blocks and manifolds, connecting elements, and components produced according to the Client’s technical documentation or individual requirements. Our production capabilities also encompass the manufacture of parts that require precision machining and high dimensional repeatability.

The manufacturing process is supported by quality control conducted at individual stages of production. This ensures full compliance of finished elements with technical documentation and the specific requirements defined for each application.

HYDRAULIC SYSTEMS

We design and manufacture hydraulic systems tailored to the technical parameters and operating conditions of the machine or installation. The scope of our work includes individual assemblies and hydraulic power packs, as well as complex control systems for machinery, production lines, and process plant lines.

Depending on project requirements, systems can comprise hydraulic power units, control apparatus, instrumentation, piping installations, and control systems. We also integrate hydraulic systems with industrial automation, including PLC controllers and SCADA/HMI visualization systems.

We fabricate carbon steel and stainless steel piping installations, perform pressure testing, and carry out flushing and filtration of systems to the required cleanliness class. As part of project execution, we can also assist with system commissioning and necessary testing.

Technical parameters of the systems — including operating pressure, flow rate, drive power, reservoir capacity, and required filtration level — are selected to match the characteristics of the specific application. We also deliver bespoke solutions built to specifications agreed individually with the Client.

HYDRAULIC CYLINDERS

We manufacture standard hydraulic cylinders as well as custom-built units designed in accordance with application requirements, the Client’s technical documentation, or agreed design parameters.

We offer configurations with various bore sizes, rod diameters, and stroke lengths, as well as large-scale cylinders engineered for demanding industrial applications. Designs can also be adapted to suit specific working fluids and operating conditions.

Every cylinder undergoes rigorous acceptance testing on specialised test rigs. Parameter verification and quality control ensure the correct operation of the finished product prior to delivery to the Client.
