Marek Warzecha
President of the Board
Since 2009, he has served as President of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of PONAR Wadowice S.A.
He graduated from the University of Silesia in Katowice with a degree in Political Science from the Faculty of Social Sciences, and has completed numerous training courses in management and finance.
Throughout his professional career, he has served on the Management and Supervisory Boards of various companies on multiple occasions. Prior to 2007, Marek Warzecha held positions on the Supervisory Boards of companies including Górnośląska Agencja Przekształceń Przedsiębiorstw S.A. and Górnośląski Fundusz Restrukturyzacyjny S.A., and served on the Management Board of Fabryka Zmechanizowanych Obudów Ścianowych “FAZOS” S.A.
In recent years, Mr Marek Warzecha’s roles have included: Member of the Supervisory Board of Voxel S.A. from 2009 to 2016, serving as Chairman of the Supervisory Board from 2011 to 2016, and secondment as acting President of the Management Board in 2016; Member of the Supervisory Board of Fugo S.A. from 2012 to 2013; Member of the Management Board of Famur Famak S.A. from 2013 to 2015; Member of the Supervisory Board of Fugo-Odlew sp. z o.o. in 2014; and Member of the Supervisory Board of PZ Cormay from 2014 to June 2019 (serving as Vice Chairman of the Supervisory Board from 2016, and as Chairman of the Supervisory Board from 2014 to 2016). From 2016 to January 2026, Mr Marek Warzecha served as President of the Management Board of PONAR Lubań.
Rafał Worek
Vice President of the Board
A graduate of the University of Bielsko-Biala (now the University of Bielsko-Biała) with a degree in Management and Production Engineering, specialising in Industrial Engineering.
From 1997 to 2015, he was associated with the automotive industry at Proseat Sp. z o.o., a manufacturing plant producing automotive components. During this time, he held a succession of roles: Production Worker, Assistant Press Shop and Welding Shop Manager, Production Foreman, Department Manager, and Production Manager for the Injection Moulding, Press Shop & Welding Shop, Foaming, Sewing & Cutting, and Assembly departments.
As Production Manager, he managed a team of nearly 600 people, carrying out core responsibilities such as production management, process improvement and optimisation, planning and increasing efficiency, and implementing new technologies.
For the past two years, he has collaborated as a lecturer with the Silesian University of Technology, and also delivers lectures on MBA programmes in Zabrze (covering topics such as Kaizen and 5S).
He joined PONAR Wadowice S.A. in February 2015 and has held the following positions: Deputy Operations Director, Operations Director, and, since July 2018, General Manager of the Wadowice Plant. Since 2026, he has served as President of the Management Board of PONAR Lubań.
Mariusz Serwa
Member of the Board
A graduate of the Cracow University of Economics with a degree in Foreign Trade, and holder of an Executive Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and the University of Bristol.
From 1998 to 2026, he was associated with the Stalexport Autostrady S.A. Capital Group. From April 2006, he served as Vice President of the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrada Małopolska S.A., and from January 2013, as Vice President of the Management Board of Stalexport Autostrady S.A.
Throughout his professional career, he was responsible for financial management, strategic planning, and organisational development, gaining extensive experience in leading a large enterprise and delivering projects of strategic importance.
