Oil Hydraulics Repairs

Our service centre offers comprehensive repairs and reconditioning of power hydraulics components, as well as testing for hydraulic parts—both of our own manufacture and from other producers.

Our range of servicing offers includes:

• reconditioning of hydraulic pumps (gear, piston, and vane) and hydraulic motors
• reconditioning of hydraulic valves and directional control valves
• repair of hydraulic cylinders
• repair and upgrading of hydraulic systems
• oil management services (fluid cleanliness testing, filter replacement, and oil replacement or filtration)

For overhaul, repair, or reconditioning of hydraulic components and equipment, we use parts tested to the same quality requirements applied to mass-produced items. All power hydraulics components, including hydraulic cylinders and pumps, undergo testing after repair and reconditioning to ensure compliance with the standards required for new products, and come with a 6-month warranty.

PONAR Wadowice Service handles the repair of both mechanical damage resulting from breakdowns and wear-and-tear from standard operation. Repairing and reconditioning power hydraulics is an effective way to extend the operational lifespan of hydraulic components.

In terms of diagnostics and upgrading of hydraulic systems, our power hydraulics service offers:

• technical maintenance and servicing of systems to ensure long-term, reliable operation
• upgrading outdated hydraulic systems and bringing them into line with state-of-the-art standards

We provide servicing, repairs, and reconditioning for piston pumps, vane pumps, gear pumps, and hydraulic motors. We are also a manufacturer of V3 vane pumps and a distributor of pumps and motors from brands such as Settima, Caproni, Metaris, Berarma, Yoeshe, M+S Hydraulic, and Linde. When carrying out repairs and reconditioning on hydraulic pumps and motors, we perform a fault diagnosis and agree the scope of work with the customer.

 Servicing hydraulic pumps and motors includes diagnostics, repair, and/or component replacement. Reconditioned equipment is fully tested on a dedicated test bench.

Our servicing offering also covers the repair of hydraulic cylinders. We have a fully equipped technical facility and purpose-built test benches, enabling us to deliver high-quality service to our customers.
