PONAR Wadowice offers a full range of services from design, execution of the designed product or system, assembly and commissioning, to warranty and post-warranty service.
For the automotive industry, we designed and manufactured a hydraulic system powering the hydraulics for MDC chill casting machines. The system is dedicated to operation on non-flammable fluid – ULTRASAFE620 glycol.
This system is equipped with two pump units with piston pumps operating in manual or automatic mode. The automatic operating mode enables:
- sequential operation of the pumps in the order: pump 1, pump 2, resulting in equal wear of the pump units,
- in the event of an increased demand for the medium, the automation system switches on another pump unit,
- disconnection of one pump unit, e.g. in case of a failure.
Hydraulic equipment from the standard PONAR Wadowice offer was used to build the hydraulic system.
