Oil hydraulic system of a rescue and transport vehicle

For the needs of a heavy rescue and recovery vehicle, we designed and manufactured a complete power hydraulics system powering all working equipment of the bodywork. The developed solution is directly responsible for operating the wheel-lift/towing system, recovery winches, and stabilization system, enabling the efficient lifting, towing, and moving of damaged military vehicles.
Integrating the hydraulic system with the main wheel-lift/towing device ensures broad operational capabilities and consistently
high efficiency. The strategic use of high-strength materials, anti-corrosion coatings, electronic safety features, and ergonomic
controls guarantees long-term durability, safety, and operational comfort even during intensive field use. A crucial element includes custom hydraulic cylinders with nitrided piston rods, characterized by significantly increased resistance to corrosion, wear, and material fatigue. This specialized technology also reduces the visual glare of hydraulic components during operation and enhances the overall aesthetics of the superstructure.

The vehicle is equipped with hydraulically controlled stabilizing outriggers located at both the front and rear. They ensure reliable
stability during the demanding operation of the winch and the wheel-lift/towing system. The power source is a variable-displacement pump, which automatically adjusts output to match consumer demand, translating into energy efficiency. To enhance equipment reliability, an electrohydraulic power pack has been installed, allowing essential operations to be performed in the event of a control system failure. Additionally, hydraulic sockets enable a second vehicle to be used as an external power source.
