For a hard coal mine, we manufactured a hydraulic damper assembly responsible for damping vibrations of the conveyor belt transporting win/excavated material at the working face.

Hydraulic cylinder manufacturing capabilities
Our machinery fleet enables the production of various types of hydraulic cylinders. Both standard and custom-engineered plunger and piston cylinders are designed to operate with hydraulic oil or other fluids. We handle serial production as well as specialising in custom, bespoke solutions tailored to our customers’ needs.
Our machinery and equipment allow us to process materials up to 10 m in length with an outer tube diameter of 358 mm, or up to 6 m in length with an outer tube diameter of 780 mm.

| piston rods | Cylinder piston rods are made from structural steel coated with a layer of technical hard chrome. Upon request, we can manufacture piston rods coated with a layer of nickel, technical hard chrome, or bath-nitrided. It is also possible to produce piston rods made of stainless steel coated with technical hard chrome. |

| quality control | Every manufactured cylinder undergoes acceptance testing on dedicated test benches: pressure test, at a pressure of 1.5 Pnom operational tests The acceptance process is carried out by the Quality Control Department in accordance with ISO procedures. |
