The solution comprises hydropneumatic suspension arms designed for military vehicles weighing up to 45 tonnes. Each suspension arm acts as an independent suspension component for a single wheel assembly, combining the functions of a spring and a damper.
The system utilises a gas spring to assist with load transfer and a hydropneumatic mechanism generating the appropriate damping characteristics and torsional force. Nitrogen pressure adjustment enables the ground clearance and suspension characteristics to be adapted to the actual weight distribution of the vehicle, ensuring high mobility and ride comfort across diverse terrain.
Each suspension arm undergoes comprehensive testing, including leak tests, pressure tests up to 1000 bar, damping characteristic verification, and resistance tests for low temperatures, vibration, humidity, and salt spray.
