The hydraulic system developed by PONAR Wadowice is designed to power two hydraulic motors driving the tracks of a screening machine. The solution has been engineered to maximise the optimisation of the system’s dimensions and weight while maintaining the required operating parameters and high reliability.
The use of an axial piston pump equipped with a constant power regulator and a Load-Sensing system has enabled a significant reduction in power demand. Consequently, it was possible to use a lower-power electric motor alongside an oil tank with minimal capacity, resulting in a reduced total assembly weight and enhanced energy efficiency.
The compact design and precisely selected operating parameters ensure high system efficiency and stable performance of the track drive.
Screening machines equipped with PONAR Wadowice hydraulic systems are currently supplied to customers worldwide, confirming the high quality and reliability of the offered solutions.
