Cooperation between PONAR Wadowice S.A. and Moog Inc.

PONAR Wadowice S.A. and Moog Inc., a global leader in the aerospace & defense industry, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) on June 14, defining the framework for future technological and industrial cooperation.

The agreement was signed in a symbolic setting for Polish-American history at the Kościuszko Mound in Kraków, in the presence of distinguished representatives from science, business, diplomacy, and government. Among the notable guests were Honorable Mark Uyeda, Commissioner of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission, Prof. Jim Mazurkiewicz, Chairman of the Polish-American Chamber of Commerce in Texas, Prof. Leah Wortham from the Catholic University of America’s law faculty, as well as representatives of the American Chamber of Commerce in Poland.

The event took place as part of the Polish-American Day at the Kościuszko Mound in Kościuszko Mound. The meeting was opened by Prof. Dr. Piotr Dobosz, President of the Kościuszko Mound Committee and Dean of the Department of Administrative Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University.

“Signing a memorandum with Moog Inc. is a recognition of the competence of our engineers by one of the most demanding partners in the world and reflects the interest of both companies in developing technological and industrial cooperation in Poland, as well as further strengthening our country’s defense and innovation potential,” emphasized Marek Warzecha, CEO of PONAR Wadowice S.A..
