Recently, PONAR Wadowice manufactured a bearing lubrication and flue gas fan blade control system.
A lubrication system and a hydraulic drive and blade control system were installed on a common oil tank. The lubrication system provides oil with the required parameters: temperature in the range of 40–50°C and a flow rate of max. 30 dm3/min (adjustable).
For safety reasons, the lubrication system was duplicated (pump, sensors, filter, cooler, heater) to ensure its uninterrupted operation. An USAB6 proportional directional control valve was used to drive the blade cylinder.
The entire system was delivered in an enclosure complete with an electrical control system.
