We manufacture hydraulic power units according to Customer specifications. Our offer includes standard and compact hydraulic power units as well as hydraulic systems and test benches.
The designed hydraulic system was installed in a machine forming bent profiles from sheet steel. The device produces various types of C-profiles, e.g. cable trays for electrical and pneumatic lines, steel profiles, e.g. reinforcing inserts for plastic window profiles.
The power unit serves to control the movement of the crosscut saw (cutting profiles into lengths) or alternatively the movement of the guillotine (“knife” cutting of profiles) and the movement of the receiving table for cut profiles.
The construction of the hydraulic system includes, among others: an aluminum block of the guillotine unit and a proportional flow regulator WDUC6-01-25-PP-24-Z4 for driving the crosscut saw cylinder – sandwich plate execution under the NG6 directional valve. A bypass cooling and filtration system was applied in the circuit.
