PONAR Wadowice S.A., as a manufacturer of oil hydraulics, is also engaged in the production of standard cylinders as well as those manufactured according to individual customer requirements.
One of our recent implementations is a large-size hydraulic cylinder manufactured for a customer in the plastics industry.
The cylinder is used for pressing shredded polyurethane foam. The foam (feedstock) is recovered from sorted waste. After thermal processing, this material becomes a 100% full-value product, which is used, among others, for the production of upholstered furniture, carpets, etc.
Hydraulic cylinder parameters:
- piston diameter: 450 mm
- piston rod diameter: 350 mm
- stroke: 3.6 m
- working pressure: 13 MPa
- dead weight: approx. 3.8 tons
We offer single- and double-acting hydraulic cylinders of various lengths, diameters, and designed for various applications.
We also manufacture telescopic and large-size hydraulic cylinders. We engage in the series production of cylinders, as well as specialize in the design and production of custom solutions.
