It is hard to imagine Christmas without a Christmas tree, which is why we are delighted that, thanks to our solutions, festive trees will bring joy to your homes.
The NB GREENPACK EASYFIX device, which utilizes 4WE6 type directional spool valves and Z2S6 type pilot-operated twin sandwich check valves, is used for drilling holes in Christmas tree trunks.
One of the reasons for selecting the 4WE6 directional spool valve is the ability to achieve a pressure of 210 bar at the tank port. As a result, there is no risk of damaging the valve in the event of an incorrectly attached quick coupler to the tractor. Depending on the size of the tree and the available workforce, the device is capable of drilling holes in 2,000 – 5,000 trees per day. This is made possible by a drilling process duty cycle of 2.5 seconds.
The hydraulic system, incorporating PONAR Wadowice solutions, was developed by our partner Dani Trading A/S in Denmark in cooperation with the Customer. The NB GREENPACK EASYFIX device is supplied to businesses across Europe.
