PONAR Wadowice ecoHYD Components and Products
Product Range and Technical Parameters
The ecoHYD product line offers a diverse selection of hydraulic valves and auxiliary elements with specific operational ratings:
- Pressure and Flow Control Valves – including threaded single and dual relief valves (EHVR type) operating at pressures up to 350 bar and flow rates up to 90 dm3/min, threaded sequence valves (EHVQ type), and flow control regulators (EHVF type, up to 210 dm3/min). The range is complemented by 50:50 flow dividers (EHVFD type) as well as throttle and throttle-check valves (EHRF type).
- Isolation and Check Valves – including single threaded check valves (EHVUR type, with flow rates up to 450 dm3/min), pilot-operated check valves (EHVBPS type), and hydraulic pilot-operated check valves / locks (EHVB type) available in threaded and subplate-mounted versions.
- Cartridge Components – compact cartridge relief valves (EHCVR type) and cartridge check valves (EHCVC type), characterized by high flow capacities (up to 320 dm3/min).
- Specialized Valves – including overcenter/counterbalance valves (EHVC type) in threaded and subplate-mounted versions compatible with CETOP3 (WE6) and CETOP5 (WE10) standards, subplate dual overcenter valves (EHVCDM type), multi-way directional valves and high-pressure valves (EHVD, EHVDDFA types), as well as dedicated solenoids/coils (EHC type).
- Diaphragm Accumulators – MDA-type components with capacities ranging from 0.075 to 3.5 liters, engineered for maximum working pressures up to 330 bar.
- Industrial and Mobile Oil Coolers – devices designed for heat dissipation in hydraulic oil systems. Available variants include industrial versions (EHFTS type) with a cooling capacity from 0.07 to 0.68 kW/°C and mobile versions (EHFTT type) achieving a cooling capacity from 0.09 to 0.9 kW/°C.
All products within the ecoHYD series are strictly parameterized regarding maximum pressure, flow rate, and thermal efficiency, allowing for a precise match with the budget and design specifications of the hydraulic system.
