Proportional directional control valve with integrated USAEB6 electronics – new product offering!

Advanced control systems for hydraulic devices are used when higher precision and operational reliability are required. We have introduced to our offer the USAEB6 proportional directional control valve with integrated electronics, ensuring smoothness of control and speed of operation.

Proportional directional control valves with integrated electronics combine the advantages of a hydraulic drive with the capabilities offered by automation. The applied solution helps limit pressure losses and leaks. Using proportional directional control valves allows for automatic pressure or flow regulation.

Proportional spool directional control valve type USAEB6 with direct control via proportional solenoids with integrated electronics (OBE) is designed to control the direction and flow rate in hydraulic systems, which allows for changing the direction and speed of the actuator’s movement.

USAEB6 type proportional spool directional control valves can be configured using the proprietary software “Valve Configurator V1.0” available on our website.

Using the OBE Valve Configurator, it is possible to read basic operating parameters, analyze errors, and adjust operating parameters such as ramps, dither frequency, dead band, min. and max. solenoid current.
