PONAR Wadowice at MSPO2026

This year’s MSPO in Kielce provided PONAR Wadowice with an excellent opportunity to present our solutions for the defence sector and to connect with partners, clients, and industry representatives.

PONAR Wadowice in the Heavy Infantry Fighting Vehicle Project

One of the standout highlights of this year’s trade fair was the unveiling of the Heavy Infantry Fighting Vehicle (CBWP) by Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa and Huta Stalowa Wola.

“PONAR Wadowice’s most significant premiere this year is our participation in the Heavy Infantry Fighting Vehicle (CBWP) project, presented by Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa and Huta Stalowa Wola. Thanks to the outstanding and close collaboration between the engineering teams of both companies, PONAR Wadowice delivered the prototype suspension system to HSW in a record time of just 4.5 months,” says Marek Warzecha, President of the Management Board of PONAR Wadowice.

Our involvement in the CBWP project is yet another example of PONAR Wadowice applying its core expertise in hydraulics, drives, and control systems for modern military platforms.

Solutions showcased at MSPO

At this year’s trade fair in Kielce, we presented PONAR Wadowice’s solutions used in modern defence systems—ranging from fluid power hydraulics, drives, and control systems to custom solutions engineered for demanding military platforms.

Visitors to our stand were able to see solutions utilized in artillery systems, military vehicles, and defence systems. What they all have in common is the requirement for high mobility, precision, reliability, and performance under harsh operational conditions.

The technologies on display are the result of our engineering capabilities and close collaboration with partners in delivering projects for the defence sector.

PK MIL first time at MSPO

This year’s trade fair also marked the first presentation of PK MIL S.A., part of the PONAR Wadowice Group, at MSPO.Displayed on the stand was the Bohdana 155 mm self-propelled howitzer built to NATO standards—a solution developed through PK MIL’s collaboration with its Ukrainian partner, KZVV.

PK MIL’s presence at MSPO provided an opportunity to showcase the company’s capabilities and its strategic direction for growth in the defence technology sector.

New Cooperation Agreements

MSPO 2026 also marked further important steps in advancing PONAR Wadowice’s collaboration with its technological and industrial partners.

During the trade fair, PONAR Wadowice and a company from the PONAR Group signed the following agreements:

• PONAR Wadowice × Łukasiewicz Research Network – cooperation in the field of drives, control systems, and fluid power hydraulics,
• PONAR Wadowice × JELCZ × Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa – cooperation to develop technologies and solutions for wheeled platforms,
• PK MIL × SZCZĘŚNIAK Pojazdy Specjalne – cooperation on solutions for the defence sector.

These agreements combine industrial expertise, R&D capabilities, and the skills of the Polish defence sector, creating scope for joint development and the implementation of new solutions.
