We"ve got CAT Platinum Certificate!!

At the end of July, after undergoing an audit carried out by the CAT representatives to evaluate products quality, timeliness, cooperation with CAT departments, a very detailed verification process was brought to a successful conclusion. Our company was awarded with the highest available certificate issued for suppliers of elements, spare parts and products. The document opens the doors to all Caterpillar factories in the world, including Belgium, France, England, Brazil, Japan, and China.

Companies which are able to achieve, during the 4-level validation SQEP, the highest, platinum certificates are always considered first to participate in all newly commenced projects.

PONAR Wadowice S.A. – a Polish producer of oil hydraulics elements – initiated efforts to obtain the platinum certificates 2 years ago. – During that time, the quality of our products was being evaluated, including the so-called PPM factor, on-time deliveries and the level of different CAT branches satisfaction of cooperating with our company. We had to put a lot of work to optimize the costs, organize production, etc. We are aware of the difficult way ahead of us necessary to maintain the position of the market leader. Nevertheless, the effort taken to comply with the strict requirements of the producer of the world largest trucks Caterpillar 797B has paid off. We are looking forward to new projects, e.g. we are to become a global supplier of check valves, which used to be manufactured in one of the CAT factories – says the Vice-President of the Board, Mr Marian Chrzanowski. This proves a considerable trust placed on us by our partner.

There are only two producers of oil hydraulics who earned the CAT platinum certificate in the world. Such an accreditation means a prestige for the company and proves the quality of company’s work and products. It is not only about the opportunity of cooperating with the well-known brand, but also confirmation of professionalism for other companies.
