100s of contacts thanks to 6.5.2
We have just finished a EU project, carried out for two years, “PONAR Wadowice on international market – support of Export”. Within the scope of the submeasure 6.5.2 The Industry Programme for Promotion of Mining Machinery and Equipment we have obtained more than 430 000 PLN funding from the EU programme Innovative Economy.
What have been gained thanks to the EU support? We were able to present our products, to find new Customers and major markets in many different places in the world.
We were participating in trade fairs and missions in India, Argentina, Russia, China, Chile, Kazakhstan, Vietnam and in Poland. Thanks to the project we have established hundreds of contacts with foreign partners.
Our products has obtained certificates for foreign markets and we have prepared numerous informational materials, brochures, catalogues in foreign languages. We have also managed to produce a promotional movie.
Elżbieta Rajda, Export Vice-Director for Eastern markets comments on our participation in the project: times when everything was able to be sold “right away” are long behind us. Such programmes as “Promotion of Mining Machinery and Equipment”, where the leading message is Polish quality, tradition and cutting-edge technologies are very helpful for companies, supporting them in the areas of promotion and establishing contacts on international markets.
Robert Szczepaniak, Export Vice-Director for Western Markets explains: despite progressing globalization, we can still observe difference between certain countries in the area of trade, social, cultural and legal systems. That is why, participation in such projects, besides promotion of our products, meetings with prospective trade partners is an indispensable chance to learn the customs and rules of various places in the world. Based on our experience, trade fairs is the most effective form of promotion of our product offer and it is proved by numerous trade meetings and established business contacts.
