Autonomous cooling systems type S3E Emmegi available in Ponar Wadowice

Autonomous Cooling Systems type S3E are used to maintain the temperature of the hydraulic oil within the temperature range recommended by the mineral oil manufacturer. The excess energy in the form of heat in the hydraulic system is absorbed by the cooling system. The cooling systems prevent undesirable overheating of the hydraulic oil which leads to damage to the hydraulic system. Too little heat dissipation causes the temperature of the system to be too high, which leads to poor lubrication properties, internal leakage, cavitation, damage to hydraulic components, etc. The best way to remove heat from the system, i.e. cooling the hydraulic oil, is to use an autonomous cooling unit.

S3E cooling systems are heat exchangers in which air is used as a means of dissipating excess heat, which works on the principle of recycling: it automatically takes oil from the tank, cools, filters and returns it back to the tank. An electric motor driven screw pump ensures high efficiency and uniform hydraulic oil flow.

The use of S3E type cooling systems and maintaining an appropriate operating temperature of the hydraulic system brings a number of advantages:
